Last Friday saw the official launch of Goalball UK’s Coast to Coast cycle challenge, with a spinning class at the Leeds Kirkstall Road branch of Virgin Active. 10 of the 15 Visually Impaired Goalball players riding Coast to Coast took part in the class, along with Goalball UK’s Becky, Kathryn and CEO Mike Reilly, who will be sighted riders for the challenge.
The spin class was a huge success, with everyone (…some more than others!) enjoying the challenging session, led by Virgin Active instructor Rachel Mills – who decided to sign up as a sighted rider for the Coast to Coast!
